03 - Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Lightly toast the burger buns if desired. Place lettuce on the bottom bun, add the cooked turkey patty, and top with cranberry sauce, red onion slices, and tomato slices. Close with the top bun.
06 - Serve the burgers immediately with preferred sides such as sweet potato fries or a crisp salad.
