10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

→ Dressing

11 - 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
12 - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
13 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
14 - 1 garlic clove, minced
15 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
16 - 1/4 tsp sea salt
17 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
02 - Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Toss cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, basil, and parsley in a large bowl.
